For over 25 years, Mr. Bush has practiced in trial and appellate courts in California and Arizona. As a litigator, counselor, arbitrator, and mediator, he gained experience in diverse substantive areas of the law, including contract and transactional disputes, probate and trusts, Uniform Commercial Code, trade secrets, corporate and partnership governance, employment discrimination, ERISA, intellectual property, antitrust, RICO, government contracts, environmental issues, defamation, immigration, and insurance coverage, to name a few. In the years he worked in Arizona before moving to California in 1998, Mr. Bush also served as a pro tem judge for the Arizona Superior Court and Court of Appeals.
