Mr. Van Dyke is active in the areas of insurance coverage, lien enforcement and resolution, contractual disputes, debt collection, repossession (international and domestic), guaranty enforcement, civil forfeiture and, in select cases, personal injury defense and prosecution.  Our attorneys have extensive litigation experience and are members of the California State Bar, Arizona Bar, Federal District Courts, and State and Federal Courts of Appeal.   

Appellate Court We have successfully represented parties to various appeals in State and Federal courts. Our attorneys have served as former law clerks to the Arizona Supreme Court and have served as Judge Pro Tem in the Arizona Courts of Appeal. Should an adverse decision be rendered in any of our client matters, we stand ready to perfect an appropriate appeal of any incorrect decision.
